SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our candles are all handmade to order. Therefore please insure you select the correct option before you checkout as we cannot return due to customer error. As our candles are produced using soy wax, there may be some frosting that occurs which is totally normal. Also air bubbles are very common on the candles surface, this is also unavoidable and a natural characteristic that occurs creating sculptural candles. These things make each candle one of a kind and add to its own personality and uniqueness.

We only accept a refund of exchange on items that have been damaged in transit before they have made there way to you. If this rare occurrence happens we will be more than happy to assist you. If unfortunately this does happen then please send an email to us, info can be found via our contact page. ( This must be sent within 2 days of receiving your order, any longer then we cannot accept an exchange or refund ) We will request photographs of the item and asses to see if an exchange or refund will be accepted.

The item must be repacked with all original packaging, well protected and sent back using a tracked service which the customer will cover ( we are not able to refund and return postage). We will then send out the exchange and cover the exchange postage or refund you the item value minus the return postage value. This will be refunded on your original payment method.
